Fall Transition Makeup and OOTD

Happy September ‘All 🙂 hope you guys are as excited for Fall as I am!
I was born in Fall, so I guess that’s why I love it so much; the festivals, the beautiful colors and all the holidays all make me so jolly!

Today I’m going to share with you guys an easy makeup look that combines Fall eyes with a hint of Summer lips.

First though; my outfit of the day!

This flowy purple and pink floral dress is from JC Penny; I love how I can twirl around in it XD

My ombré chain necklace is from American Eagle

Alright, now onto the makeup! The main components of this look is the Fall eyeliner look on top and the bright “end of Summer” lips on the bottom to balance it out. I’d recommend these products from NYX and Smasbox right here

1st- apply your favorite foundation/concealer and set with a powder so it will last all day. If you want your skin to look youthful and dewy opt for a liquid foundation.

2nd- Apply a pop of pink blush to your cheeks. This will help you look brighter, happier and well rested.

3rd- for your eyeliner to stay on all day apply a good primer. With my Smashbox limetless liner, I’m going to line my upper lash line with a thick straight line. This liner isn’t really that black, it’s kind of a smokey grey so it fits for this look. Next with a liquid liner, I’m going to line as close as I can to my lash line. This creates a gradient of color. You can also line your lower lash line with the liquid liner for more definition!

Now curl those lashes and apply your fave mascara!

4th: Last but not least, I’m going to apply this NYX matte lip creme for a pop of electric fushia lips. Don’t worry, with the rest of the look kept simple and understated you won’t look like a clown!

And you’re done! Enjoy this look guys and have a great September!

Last Day in Sedona! Hike, OOTD and BowsByTroy!

Good morning my blossoms, let me tell you a story.
Once upon a time, a little girl headed off on a hike. She was excited; her family told her it would be an easy, short journey. She arrived at the site.

The walk started well, it was a level, partly shaded trail that winded along the mountain. Soon, the trail became rocky, and the little girl had to use all of her strength to scale the incline. Her heart was pounding, she looked up and saw how high the rock went up to.

There were people up there! She wanted to go up there too, what a wonderful photo op it would be! So with a heave and a sigh the girl made her way up to the very top! She then commenced to take many pictures!

For her OOTD, the girl wore a very flowy blue tank from JCP and some very comfortable green lace shorts from Charlotte Russe! Her favorite part of her outfit though was the big white bow in her hair!

It was made by a wonderful and talented friend of hers named Troy! He started making these custom cheer-style bows and sells them for a great low price! They are of great quality, and like I said, he makes them to order! Anything you want, he can do it!

Check out his instagram @tuhroyconn to order or email him at troymconn1@live.com!

Arizona Day 5! Slide Rock and OOTD!

The wifi’s back! *angels singing from the clouds*

It’s a day late, but here’s my day 5 of vacation! We went to Slide Rock Park, a stream in the middle of two cliff faces that deposited into a deeper pool.

It was so pretty here! Hot but pretty!

I felt like Dora the Explorer; braving slippery rocks, ice cold water, big jumps and all that! I had so much fun!

If you ever go there, see if you can find this where the deep pool starts!

Now onto the OOTD from later that day!

I’m wearing my absolute favorite dress ever from Forever 21! It makes me feel so classy! From Forever 21 also my beloved fedora!

Wearing my “trendy bold eyeliner look” with a little white eyeshadow on the inner corners… Check out the original – link on my “makeup looks” page

Thats it for yesterday! Hope you all enjoy your day!

Sedona, AZ: Day 4, OOTD, The Grand Canyon and the Corner of Winslow

Well today’s been a long day! This morning we drove for two and a half hours to the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was beautiful!

Look at these views!

My OOTD was a lovely pink blouse from Forever 21 and shorts from Aeropostal. My sunglasses are from Target!

I’m the queen of the world!!!

Next we drove for another hour and went to “Stand on the corner of Winslow Arizona!”

I don’t know about you all, but I’m plum wore out (excuse the deep south dialect)
Goodnight everone! Xoxo!
